What We're Looking For
We are looking for a driven Digital Media Executive with strong digital media experience to help grow our digital clients through new business development. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of traditional advertising platforms as well as emerging marketing technology. You will be expected to help optimize our suite of digital products and introduce new solutions to grow revenue. It is important to have a well-crafted sales process and methodology, outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities

Drive digital revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Develop a deep understanding of ad fulfillment systems, including Trello.

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and potentially lead digital sales training initiatives.

Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining detailed communication records with clients.

Coordinate across departments to ensure the seamless execution of client campaigns.

Represent Metro Market Media professionally and deliver exceptional customer service.

Work closely with vendors to provide accurate and timely product fulfillment.

Stay informed on industry trends and emerging digital advertising solutions.

Contribute to special projects, including expanding business opportunities beyond assigned markets.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and internet research tools proficiently.

Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in digital advertising sales or agency roles (preferred).

Expertise in Search Engine Marketing, Social Media targeting, and digital media sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude.

Strong analytical skills for strategic sales development, including experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
