Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sheetmetal Mechanic Foreman to join our team in Bolton, MS. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in HVAC installation or sheet metal fabrication, with a proven track record of managing onsite crews or a desire to lead.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC installation or sheet metal fabrication
- Experience or a desire to lead a crew of sheet metal mechanics
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to identify and layout roof curbs for installation of AC equipment and RTUs
- Skilled in measuring duct connections or mods in the field for fabrication
- Familiarity with collaborating and coordinating with onsite general contractors
- Proven ability to manage crew member time cards and track daily work logs
