We are looking for an individual with 5 years of experience in HVAC installation or Sheetmetal fabrication, a proven track record of managing onsite crews or a strong desire to do so, and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be an all-around team player with excellent communication skills.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC installation or Sheetmetal fabrication.
- Experience or a desire to lead a crew of Sheetmetal Mechanics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Valid Driver's License in good standing required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and submittals.
- Identify and layout roof curbs for installation of AC equipment and RTU's.
- Measure duct connections or mods in the field for fabrication.
- Collaborate and coordinate with onsite General Contractors.
- Manage crew member time cards and track daily work logs.
