Responsibilities include :
- Manage project turnovers from the Estimating team andinput data into Procore.
- Develop and submit Schedule of Values (SOV) forapproval before project work begins.
- Oversee project costs, approve invoices, and ensureECAC is current.
- Attend jobsite meetings and coordinate schedules withsuperintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensureapproved change orders before implementing changes.
- Champion company policies, goals, and safe workingconditions on all projects.
- Identify and relay sales opportunities to the salesteam.
- Collaborate with MBS for PMA opportunities before jobturnovers.
