Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC installation or Sheetmetal fabrication
- Experience or a desire to lead a crew of Sheetmetal Mechanics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
- High school graduate or equivalent
- OSHA 10 Required
- Valid Driver's License in good standing required
