Job Description:
Metro Multi Property Management is looking for a hardworking, motivated Construction Laborer to join our team. If hired, you’ll be an integral part of our crew, helping support construction workers on building construction projects
As a Construction Laborer for Metro-Multi you will be responsible for assisting project managers/superintendents on site, which will include the following tasks:
- Assisting skilled tradesman on the job site
- Following instructions from project managers/superintendents and implementing construction plans.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
- Assembling home appliances
- Not limited to sweeping, mopping, assembly
- Taking trash out to dumpsters on site
- Ability to learn or use power tools
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Follow company safety protocols
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs - if needed
- Willingness to grow/learn
- Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work with as a team
- Following company set protocols
