Bilingual Case ManagerPrint ()ApplyBilingual Case ManagerSalary$54,708.27 AnnuallyLocationNashville, TNJob TypeFull-Time Non Civil ServiceJob NumberOFS07604DepartmentOffice of Family SafetyOpening Date01 / 08 / 2025Closing Date1 / 24 / 2025 11 : 59 PM CentralDescriptionBenefitsQuestionsPosition DescriptionThis is a non-Civil Service position in the Office of Family Safety and will provides case management to individuals and / or families who are victims of interpersonal personal violence to meet various needs.Candidates must submit the following to be considered : ResumeCover LetterReferencesAnswer supplemental questionsTypical DutiesProvide comprehensive trauma-informed case management services to victims served by the Family Safety Center including : Pre-screen referred individuals to assess applicability for program.Determine needs and formulate weekly and monthly case plan to address needs.Manage client intakes, session documentation, and assessments.Monitor clients’ progress toward client-centered goals.Advocate and refer clients to a variety of community resources.Work with a multi-disciplinary team to update and monitor client progress.Facilitate effective communication with service providers and clients.Identify and facilitate meaningful community partnerships with relevant providers.Provide weekly community-based client meetings.Provide support for clients for legal proceedings, as needed.Input and manage client files and data in a timely manner.Engage in ongoing client meetings and trainings, as required.Perform program evaluation and need analysis studies in order to identify programmatic needs.Provide information for quarterly grant reporting.Comply with Metro Nashville Ethical Standards, and the Office of Family Safety’s direct service provision guidelines.Other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsBachelors’ Degree from an accredited college or universityUnderstanding of interpersonal violence (human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, stalking and child abuse)Demonstrated ability to work with individuals who have experienced abuseDemonstrated ability and willingness to engage in positive collaborations with partnersDemonstrated skills and knowledge in facilitating a trauma-informed environmentAbility to recognize and maintain appropriate boundariesAbility to maintain confidentiallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with data entry and grant reportingFluency in another language, preferably SpanishPreferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMasters’ Degree in related fieldAccess to flexible means of transportationProblem solver; highly efficient; detail-orientedPrevious experience working with victims of interpersonal violence (human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, stalking and child abuse)Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teamsCandidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.Note : Per Metro Ordinance No. SO94-1078.
