The Regional Talent Manager is responsible for leading talent acquisition and workforce management strategies across multiple geographic locations. This role focuses on both short-term staffing needs and long-term talent planning to ensure a strong, diverse, and high-performing workforce. The Regional Talent Manager collaborates with business leaders and HR teams to develop recruitment strategies, source and assess candidates, and optimize workforce planning to support business objectives.

- Develop and execute regional talent acquisition and workforce management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce trends across multiple locations.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all regions of operation.
