We are seeking a Security Account Manageryou will have opportunities to serve and safeguard our clients in a broad range of industries such as Shopping Centers, High End Retail, Hospitality, Distribution Centers, Plants, Corporate Campus, and more.
ON THE JOB :
- Provides on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the facility.
- Acts as the principle contact for client management at the facility.
- Trains security staff and sustains awareness to plant emergency response activities, evacuation procedure, hazmat protocols, fire detection and injury reporting.
- Documents incidents and conditions causing risk and forward reports to building leadership.
- The performance of all Metro One internal programs, policies and reporting.
- Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and company management.
- Maintaining communication protocols that provide a productive client relationship.
- Maintaining all patrol / fleet vehicles and equipment utilized in performance of security functions on the site.
- The performance of initiatives, emergency response and other tasks required by Metro One management.
