Security Site Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides on-site leadership for the company personnel assigned to the facility.
• Acts as the principle contact for client management at the facility.
• The hiring, supervision, training, scheduling and development of all company personnel assigned to the facility.
• Achieving performance metrics established by the client for the functions performed by the on-site personnel.
• Oversee the performance of internal programs, policies and reporting.
• Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and our management.
• Maintain communication protocols that provide a productive client relationship.
• Consistently deliver a service that exceeds client expectations.
• Maintain all patrol vehicles/golf carts and equipment utilized in performance of the functions at the facility.
• Manage emergency response and other tasks required by senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and multi-tasking skills required
• Ability to interact in the work environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
• High School Diploma
• Valid Active Guard Card
