We are seeking a motivated and passionate Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our Home Care team. This role requires flexibility, ownership, and a willingness to take on emerging challenges. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing initial exams, developing treatment plans, and providing care and treatment to patients according to agency policies and professional standards of care.
Requirements:
Evaluate patient needs for physical therapy and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide care and treatment to patients according to physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards of care. Instruct family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
