Metro's Speech Department continues to grow and we are looking for a dedicated per diem SLP to treat out of our brand new outpatient clinic in Carroll Gardens (Brooklyn)! Our clinics enjoy a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!
Job Type: Per Diem
Pay: $65 per hour
Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications (live course)
Salary : $65
