Job Description:
Perform initial exams, evaluating patient data to identify problems and determine diagnoses prior to intervention. Develop appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and physician care plans. Provide care and treatment to patients according to agency policies and professional standards of care. Instruct family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques.
