Job Overview:
Metro Professional Services, a distinguished 8a, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) specializing in professional services, aircrew training, and IT support, is currently seeking a dedicated Contractor Special Security Representative (CSSR) for Personnel Security to join our dynamic team for a contract we are currently going after at Buckley AFB. As a CSSR-Personnel Security for Metro, you will assist in facts of a SCI program to include personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Implement necessary standards, such as Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) SCIF accreditation standards, to ensure physical separation and TEMPEST requirements are maintained on all AIS.
- Provide security office services, ensuring personnel assisted to SCI billets meet and maintain all security clearance requirements.
- Assist in following programs/procedures: Periodic Reinvestigation Program and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and the Access Control System (ACS)
- Assist in personnel, visitors, and visit requests in databases used by the Intelligence community to record eligibility and access to SCI and other caveated programs such as DISS and SCIBS.
- Maintain the SCIF accreditation's to include geographically separated SCIFs.
Experience:
- Minimum of one (5-7) years CSSR-Personnel Security or similar experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Familiarity with DoD personnel security policies and experience with security databases such as DISS
- Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Security clearance required
