We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- General handyman knowledge/experience
- Knowledge of the following is NOT required but a plus:
- general electrical
- general plumbing
- general carpentry
- HVAC knowledge not required but a big plus
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Full-Time Position 40 hours per week
- Rotating On Call Shifts (pays 1.5X)
- 4 - 10 hours shifts (rotating Monday-Friday)
