Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory

Qualifications:

  • General handyman knowledge/experience
  • Knowledge of the following is NOT required but a plus:
    • general electrical
    • general plumbing
    • general carpentry
  • HVAC knowledge not required but a big plus
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
