Duties
- Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area by following food safety guidelines.
- Ensure that all bakery items are properly stored and labeled to maintain freshness.
- Support the display of bakery products in an appealing manner to attract customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have about our products.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and retail transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
Skills
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for retail math applications and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
