We are seeking a talented and creative Cake Decorator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and decorating cakes for various occasions, ensuring that each creation meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications, including weddings, birthdays, and special events.
- Collaborate with customers to create custom cake designs that align with their vision.
- Prepare and bake cakes, ensuring all recipes are followed accurately for consistent results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Package finished products for delivery or display in the store.
- Assist in inventory management of baking supplies and ingredients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to cake orders.
- Stay updated on current trends in cake design and decoration techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in cake decorating or a similar culinary role is preferred.
- Familiarity with food production processes, including baking, packaging, and food preparation techniques.
- Strong background in catering or restaurant environments is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills for creating visually appealing designs.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.20 per hour
