Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within customer service or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on motivating teams towards achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
