Event Demonstrator

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Demonstrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing our products at various events in the store, engaging with potential customers, and providing informative demonstrations. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a positive experience for attendees will be crucial in driving product awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns during events.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down demonstration areas, ensuring a professional appearance.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling during events.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or event demonstration is preferred.
• Familiarity with product demos, food service, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience in data collection methods to analyze customer interactions is beneficial.
• A passion for sales and a proactive approach to driving product interest are essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 28 per week
