Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Replenishment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail environment is well-stocked and organized, facilitating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in inventory management, retail sales, and using various tools such as RF scanners and pallet jacks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to maintain optimal product availability.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to transport merchandise throughout the store.
- Assist with the organization of stockroom areas to enhance efficiency in inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to execute merchandising strategies and promotional displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries regarding product availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or inventory management is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in retail math for accurate stock assessments.
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
