Store Shopper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Shopper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and preparing grocery orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and quality in every order. As a Store Shopper, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack grocery items according to customer orders.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of products selected.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order updates and any substitutions.
• Utilize mobile devices to manage orders and inventory efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shopping area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

• Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience in food service or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with distribution center operations is a plus.
• Ability to drive and navigate efficiently to fulfill orders as needed.
• Proficient in using mobile devices for order management and communication.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
