Job Description
The Project Manager has overall responsibility for the management and oversight of projects and deliverables that are part of the company's major programs implementing new customers and growth platforms. The PM will carefully manage the project's scope and change requests, budget, schedule, internal/external staffing, risk, quality, and contractual deliverables in alignment with the PMO's methodologies and guidelines.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk identification and mitigation.
- Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, budget, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts.
- Plan, establish, and manage all aspects while ensuring projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and cost-effective.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for managing and leading multiple projects simultaneously using PMO methodology, standards, and governance.
- Provide formal and informal training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Manage contractor/consultant relationships relevant to the project.
- Manage and develop assigned resources on the project as part of day-to-day work activities.
- Work in a fast-paced project delivery environment collaborating with cross-functional internal and external organizations.
