We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our second shift, Mon - Fri.

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidates will possess experience working within E-commerce and fulfillment with multiple clients. Some of the responsibilities are as follows:

• Oversee the daily operations.
• Ensuring that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner, that the warehouse is organized and safe, and that staff members are supervised and trained.
• Work with Manager and Supervisors to coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing
• Oversee warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed
• Train warehouse staff, including new hires
• Utilize and understand the company WMS and OMS
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse or related field
• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Previous OMS and WMS experience (Synapse a plus)
• Ability to stand on your feet, sit, stand, bend kneel and lift up to 50 pounds
