As the Head of People & Culture we are looking for an HR Director who can balance strategy with execution?a leader who thrives in high-growth environments and is excited to build scalable HR systems that empower our people and fuel our success.
This is a high-impact role where you?ll report to our CFO and work with our executive team to shape our HR function, ensuring our culture, policies, and processes support our rapid expansion. From talent acquisition and employee engagement to compensation, benefits, and compliance, you?ll lead the charge in creating an exceptional employee experience.
This position demands?
HR Strategy & Leadership ? Design and execute HR strategies that align with our growth goals and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and engagement.
Employee Relations - Provide guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions to support employee engagement and compliance.
Business Partnering ? Work closely with department heads, clinic leaders, and senior management to develop HR solutions that support their teams and objectives. Travel periodically to our offices across the organization.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding ? Optimize hiring processes and drive initiatives that attract top talent in a competitive healthcare market.
Compensation & Benefits ? Oversee the annual compensation program, ensure competitive salary structures, and manage benefits administration to attract and retain top talent.
Performance & Development ? Lead the year-end performance review process and drive initiatives to enhance feedback, learning, and career growth.
Employee Engagement & Culture ? Develop and implement programs that improve employee satisfaction, team collaboration, and workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance ? Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.) and oversee HR systems and processes.
Internal Communication & Change Management ? Ensure clear, transparent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Scalability & Innovation ? Continually improve and automate HR processes to support our expansion while ensuring a best-in-class employee experience.
Overall Leadership - Provide guidance to the HR team by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development.
Qualifications:
Experienced & Growth-Focused ? 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-location, or high-growth company.
People-First Leader ? Passionate about building inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace cultures.
Strategic & Hands-On ? You?re equally comfortable setting high-level HR strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute key initiatives.
A Well-Rounded Expert - You bring deep experience across multiple facets of HR, navigating talent management, employee relations, compliance, and culture-building to drive business and people success.
Talent & Culture Champion ? You thrive on attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent while shaping a strong company culture.
Process & Compliance Expert ? Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
HR Tech & Data Savvy ? Experience working with HRIS systems, data analytics, and automation to drive efficiency and decision-making.
Education - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Certifications a Plus ? SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar HR certifications are highly desirable.
