We are looking for a motivated RN Nurse Case Manager that will work across our variety of programs to help us do what we do best: support our members to live their best life possible!

Qualifications:
- Must currently possess an unencumbered Massachusetts RN nursing license
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a bonus. ¿Hablas Español? ¡Perfecto!
- Must be confident and capable in a variety of forms of technology, including but not limited to: Microsoft based programs, Adobe, and our internal database systems
- A strong attention to detail and consistently accurate in the work you do
- Establish and maintain good working relationships and communication with key stakeholders, colleagues and field staff.
- Maintain confidentaility with all caregiver and member information.
- Professional in attitude, demeanor and dress.
- Possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to be an effective member of a team.
- Cognitive skills as related to the position.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting at $40/hour
- Hours are 8am-4:30pm, no weekends!
