- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a variety of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each client
- Conduct assessments of client needs and progress
- Coordinate care with other providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses
- Advocate for clients and their families, as needed
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate records of client care
- Participate in professional development activities
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited program
- Licensed clinical social worker (LSW) or equivalent
- 2 years of experience providing mental health services
- Strong clinical skills and judgment
