Your Impact
As an ABA Manager at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will:
- Participate in BCBA/BCaBA/BC interviews scheduled for your clinic (when possible)/conduct BCBA/BCaBA/BC candidate tours through clinic
- Train all new BCBAs/BCaBAs/BCs that are hired for your clinic
- Review and submit treatment plans, addendums, and inactivities for other BCBAs/BCaBAs/BCs in the clinic
- Assisting BCBAs/BCaBAs/BCs with clinical planning for clients in efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies with behavior reduction strategies
- Complete periodic reviews of ABA cases in clinic to make sure services recommended and that are being delivered are appropriate for the client
- Monitor frequency of parent training meetings with BCBAs/BCaBAs/BCs
- In conjunction with Clinic Director, complete technician disciplinary action including verbal/written warnings and/or Performance Improvement Plans
Qualifications
- Master's Degree and BCBA credential required through the state of MI
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians (3 years)
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Active & Engaged Work – Kneeling, bending and playing at ground level.
- Hands-On Support – Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
- Quick Reflexes – Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
- Loud or Noisy Environments – Working with active children in dynamic settings.
- Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids – Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Work Schedule
- Typical hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with a one-hour lunch break.
- Full-time Salary: $75,000 (based on experience and skills)
- Potential to earn up to $15,000 annually in productivity bonuses
