Metrogreenscape specializes in creating luxurious outdoor living spaces that blend creativity, functionality, and craftsmanship. From custom pools and patios to lush gardens, we take pride in bringing our clients’ outdoor visions to life.
We are looking for a Landscape Designer to join our team. You must have a passion for
design, strong technical skills, and an eye for detail. Working alongside our Lead
Designer, you will collaborate in developing stunning outdoor spaces and work hands on, from concept to construction. This position offers the opportunity for hybrid work based on business needs.
Areas of Responsibility
Create landscape designs, including hardscapes, planting plans, pools, and
outdoor living spaces.
Develop site plans, construction drawings, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD,
SketchUp, and VIP Studio
Collaborate with the design team, project managers, salespersons, and clients to
ensure projects align with vision and budget. As well as ensuring the designs are
executed properly.
Propose materials and plant selections based on site-specific conditions such as
sun/shade exposure, soil type, drainage, etc.
Job Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in landscape design.
Knowledge of landscape or outdoor living construction is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheets.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign).
Familiarity with construction documents, 3D renderings, and technical detailing.
Strong knowledge of hardscape materials, plant materials, and sustainability
practices.
Excellent communication skills needed.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of design principles and methods.
Knowledge of state and local codes and jurisdictional permitting requirements.
Valid Driver’s license and ability to clear a Background Check and drug test is required.
Compensation
Annual Salary of $50K - $59K.
