Biweekly Hours: 80.00
Shift: Mon through Friday, 8-430 flex hours as needed

Summary:
Supervises the efficient/effective daily operations of assigned practice(s). Ensures that the clerical staff is professionally competent and performing up to department’s and The MetroHealth System’s (MHS) standards. Ensures efficient communications/interactions between members of the interdisciplinary team. Assists the management team with short and long-range program developments. Acts as a liaison for patients/providers and assists with troubleshooting and/or resolving customer service complaints. Ensures the efficient/effective coordination of the patient scheduling system. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 2 years of related experience in a healthcare environment. In lieu of degree, 5 years of related experience in a healthcare environment. Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge of personal computers and information systems. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong leadership, teaching, mentoring, and customer service skills. Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team. Evidence of continuing professional self-development. Willing to work assigned job and over-time requirements (i.e. days, evenings, weekends) if needed. Reliable transportation Preferred: Strong management skills. Knowledge of EPIC functionality. Physical Requirements: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.
