Location : MetroHealth Behavioral Health Hospital- Cleveland Heights
Bi-weekly Hours : 72.00
Shift : 7p-7a; Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Our new facility is located in Cleveland Heights and is intentionally designed to meet the needs of patients.

Primary Patient Population : _ 18 years old Primary mental health concern and secondary substance abuse disorder_Primary skills utilized / learned : _ Therapeutic Listening Verbal De-escalation Crisis Management Relationship Building Milieu Management Group Programming Facilitation_Personnel RN will work with_ _ : _ LPNs, Registered Nurses, Providers, Psychologists, Behavioral Health Specialists (BHS), Social Workers_Number of beds on unit : _ 20 beds

Required Qualifications : High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam. Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating good judgment, flexibility, initiative, and effectively problem-solving skills. Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.Preferred Qualifications : Registered in good standing as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Nurse Aide Registry (NOTE : Maintaining ODH Registry status as a STNA is optional after employment in this position). 1 year of experience as a Patient Care Nurse Assistant in a hospital.
