Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lifeguard at MetroLagoons. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, monitoring the lagoon area, enforcing safety rules, and providing assistance when needed.
Qualifications
- Lifeguard Certification and CPR/First Aid Certification
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous lifeguard experience is a plus
- Physical fitness and endurance
- Attention to detail and observation skills
