ABOUT THE JOB

The Project Superintendent is primarily responsible from start to finish for the overall onsite daily management, sequencing and execution of the work in place of construction projects with a focus on successful, safe, quality, and timely completion to exceed our clients’ expectations. The Project Superintendent serves as the primary onsite company representative on projects and must constantly align and conduct themselves consistently with our Core Values of: Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Collaboration. NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Required minimum of 5 years of experience with project schedule sequencing / crew-flow / adherence / successful execution.
• Required minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent for a Commercial/Industrial General Contracting firm with projects ranging from $2MM - $25MM. Including but not limited to directing subcontractors and provide leadership in the day-to-day planning and execution of quality work. Plan sequence of activities per current contract schedule and manpower requirements for each phase of construction based on building method, knowledge of available tools and equipment, and personnel resources
• Highly proficient with reading, understanding, and execution subcontracted scopes of work.
• Proven track record of delivering safe, high-quality projects, on time and on budget, with excellent client satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, management, computer skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering top-quality results.
• A highly professional demeanor with excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members – written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Experience leveraging technology with Procore and Bluebeam to enhance successful project execution. Including logging daily jobsite reports and labeled daily photo documentation into Procore
• In-depth ability to read, dissect, and understand commercial construction plans for various types of ground-up projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or significant relevant commercial construction experience (required).
• Capable of driving short and long distances to oversee project sites, capable of standing for extended periods of time and walking project sites including demands of ladders, uneven terrain, and challenging weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred)
• Stormwater Management Certification (preferred)
• First – Aid / CPR certified (preferred)
