Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Analytics Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the analysis of retail data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Ensure effective use of JDA/Blue Yonder software for store layout and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain analytical reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and support business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) in retail operations, providing actionable insights.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in JDA/Blue Yonder store layout software.
• Solid analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Understanding of retail math fundamentals (e.g., margins, markups, turnover ratios).
• Experience in retail or a related industry, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL.

Job Setting & Physical Demands
Employees in this position work primarily indoors but may be required to ambulate between locations within a large outdoor environment. The role is largely sedentary, however some administrative duties such as filing are required. This would require the ability to lift files, open cabinets, bend or stand, as necessary. To perform the job successfully the candidate must be able to use a computer and other standard office equipment such as phones, copiers, fax machines, etc. Fluency in the English language and the ability to see, speak, hear, read, and write are required. The ability to travel by all means of transportation and to work any hours/days of the week necessary to meet business needs is required. Candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends as business needs arise and during peak seasons.
