Position Summary
This role is a hybrid position. May telecommute (work from home) from within commuting distance from Huntersville, NC office 2 days per week, but work in-office at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Sage X3 ERP System. Lead and participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP system implementations and upgrades.
- Implement data migration strategies from legacy systems to the Sage X3 ERP platform.
- Evaluate and select suitable ERP solutions based on the organization's requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
- Analyze business requirements and configure the ERP system to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of standard operating procedures, technical documentation, process diagrams, training manuals or other material for support staff and end-users.
- Conduct thorough testing of configurations, enhancements, and customizations to the ERP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their processes and identify opportunities for improvement to the ERP system.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the ERP system.
- Develop and deliver training programs including documentation, presentations, video recordings, or other tutorials for end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ERP system's core functionality and any customizations.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users, addressing issues, and resolving system-related problems promptly.
Minimum Qualifications
Work M-F, 8a – 5pm with occasional weekend and evening work as needed based on project deadlines or urgent business needs such as service outages.
