As we scale operations, we seek a results-driven Sales and Operations Manager with a robust network across key industry stakeholders such as retailers, fabricators, architects, designers, and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base across the U.S.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, fabricators, architects, designers, and general contractors.
- Build partnerships with wholesalers, retailers, and luxury project developers to establish a robust client pipeline.
- Represent MetroMax Exports at major industry events like StonExpo and Coverings, enhancing brand visibility and generating high-quality leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Networking and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and partners, fostering long-term business relationships.
- Leverage your industry network to penetrate new markets and unlock opportunities with design professionals, construction firms, and procurement teams.
- Actively engage with trade associations, industry organizations, and other key stakeholders to establish MetroMax as a thought leader in the granite and marble sector.
Operational Management
- Ensure the seamless delivery of products by coordinating with logistics partners and managing supply chain operations.
- Oversee warehousing, inventory, and distribution processes to optimize operational efficiency and cost management.
- Collaborate with the production team in India to address client-specific requirements and resolve any issues.
Brand Representation
- Attend and showcase MetroMax’s offerings at key trade shows, expos, and networking events.
- Develop promotional materials and strategies to highlight the company’s competitive edge and product quality.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 5 years in sales and operations, preferably in the granite, marble, or construction materials industry.
- Proven experience working with retailers, fabricators, architects, designers, general contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with U.S. trade shows, expos, and conferences in the stone and construction materials industry (e.g., StonExpo, Coverings).
- Strong understanding of the U.S. granite and marble market, including procurement processes and client pain points.
Skills:
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain industry connections.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Operational management expertise, including logistics, warehousing, and supply chain oversight.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Travel:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. to meet clients and attend events.
- Occasional international travel to India for coordination with the production team and business expansion.
Work Authorization:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
