About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Data Scientist and Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in analyzing complex data, developing statistical models, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance processes and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Model Development & Data Analysis : Design, develop, and implement mathematical and statistical models to analyze complex datasets, with a focus on clustering, regression, exploratory, inferential models, and neural networks.
- Research & Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging techniques in data science and machine learning. Conduct research to explore new methods and approaches that can enhance model performance and business insights.
- Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to optimize data processing, automate workflows, and implement efficient solutions.
- Data Analysis & Automation : Utilize Python, SQL, and other tools to conduct data analysis, automate tasks, and process large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Simulation & Decision Support : Perform simulations and advanced analytics to support business decision-making, offering data-driven recommendations and strategies.
- Communication & Reporting : Translate complex technical findings into clear, business-friendly language for diverse audiences. Present insights, models, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay range and compensation package
Estimated salary range : $80,000 to $120,000. Competitive compensation package with Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, and paid time off.
