About the Role

We are committed to delivering innovative data-driven solutions that optimize decision-making and advance the field of data science and machine learning. We are seeking a talented and driven Data Scientist and Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in analyzing complex data, developing statistical models, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance processes and business outcomes.

In this position, you will apply your expertise in data science and machine learning techniques to support and shape the company's strategic initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about using data to drive impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Model Development & Data Analysis : Design, develop, and implement mathematical and statistical models to analyze complex datasets, with a focus on clustering, regression, exploratory, inferential models, and neural networks.
  • Research & Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging techniques in data science and machine learning. Conduct research to explore new methods and approaches that can enhance model performance and business insights.
  • Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to optimize data processing, automate workflows, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Automation : Utilize Python, SQL, and other tools to conduct data analysis, automate tasks, and process large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Simulation & Decision Support : Perform simulations and advanced analytics to support business decision-making, offering data-driven recommendations and strategies.
  • Communication & Reporting : Translate complex technical findings into clear, business-friendly language for diverse audiences. Present insights, models, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, master's degree preferred
  • Experience : 2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related technical field.
  • Required Skills

  • Expertise in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with neural networks, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras), and other advanced modeling approaches is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data processing and manipulation with large datasets.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Pay range and compensation package

    Estimated salary range : $80,000 to $120,000. Competitive compensation package with Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, and paid time off.
