About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our highly collaborative and dynamic software development team. In this role, you will serve as an individual contributor responsible for building and maintaining cloud-based software solutions for water intelligence using a modern technology stack (Go, PostgreSQL, Python, React, TypeScript, AWS).

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development :

Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of cloud-based software solutions.
Implement scalable and secure features using modern technologies.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to software development best practices.

Legacy System Transition :

Assist in the migration and decommissioning of legacy systems.

Work collaboratively to ensure stability and reliability during the transition.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork :

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.

Participate in design and code reviews.

Quality & Security :

Implement rigorous quality assurance standards.

Ensure the security and privacy of large-scale data and software systems.

Mentorship & Ownership :

Take ownership of key components and features.

Serve as a mentor for junior engineers.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience :

At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.

Proven experience in building cloud-based software applications.

Skills & Knowledge :

Strong understanding of full-stack development.

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

Personal Traits :

Self-driven and independent.

Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills.

Benefits and Compensation

Estimated salary range : $120,000 to $170,000.
