Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Field Manager to join our growing team. The Field Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our dog walking and pet-sitting services. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated dog walkers and pet sitters, ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
Supervise and support a team of dog walkers and pet sitters.
Conduct regular check-ins, provide training, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Client Relations:
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
Create and manage daily schedules for dog walkers and pet sitters.
Assign clients to appropriate team members based on availability and expertise.
Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate client requests and changes.
- Key Management:
Oversee the secure and organized handling of client keys and access information.
Implement and enforce key management protocols to ensure the safety and security of client homes and pets.
- Quality Control:
Perform random spot checks to ensure service quality and adherence to company standards.
Address any performance issues or concerns with individual team members promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the pet care industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
Knowledge and passion for animal care.
Loosely available between 10 - 6 pm with approximately 3-4 hours dedicated to field management tasks.
