District Manager Needed
This position is expected to perform all sales duties necessary to offer service to customers, keep store clean, marketing Metro by T-Mobile® products and promotions, meet sales quota, and follow all company policies and procedures to ensure proper and efficient operation.
We have Different Locations as well throughout the Philly market.
Duties and responsibilities
- Heavy interaction and order processing with customers; deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Evaluating customer needs and provide assistance and information on featured products
- Operating cash registers and balancing drawers
- Ability to cross-sale
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals
- Remain knowledgeable on products and promotions offered
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Maintain an orderly appearance throughout sales floor
- Able to meet up the allocated sales target
- Team work is crucial
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule; must be able to work weekends
- Bilingual – English and Spanish is a plus Equipment & Software Used

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
