Metroplex 360 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for photo editing, providing administrative support, and assisting with onboarding new field photographers. You will also be expected to provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of photography and consistency across our projects.
Responsibilities :
Edit real estate photos to meet Metroplex 360's standards, ensuring quality, sharpness, color balance, and overall visual appeal.
Assist with understanding real estate photography concepts, helping to maintain consistent style and quality in all delivered photos.
Assist in onboarding new field photographers, providing them with necessary resources, training, and guidance to ensure they meet Metroplex 360’s standards.
Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback to field photographers to help them improve their photography techniques and ensure they adhere to company standards.
Perform general administrative tasks including managing files, scheduling, and handling other office-related duties.
