What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Processor position at Metroplex Mortgage Services, Inc.?
We are seeking a Loan Processor to join our dynamic mortgage team and help support the loan process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of residential mortgage loan files. You will be responsible for working closely with loan officers, underwriters, realtors, and clients to verify financial documentation, process loans, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in compliance with lending regulations. This is an in-office position (NOT Remote).
Compensation :
40,000 to $50,000 at plan earnings range
Responsibilities :
- Review residential loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Working knowledge of government loans (USDA, FHA, & VA)
- NMLS License preferred but not a requirement
- Communicate loan status updates to relevant stakeholders throughout the loan process.
- Ensure that loan files comply with internal company policies, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Maintain and update loan files in the loan processing system.
