Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

About the Role
As a Metropolis Dermatology Practice Manager, you will have responsibility for all aspects of clinic operations, including clinical, patient service, and financial processes. In partnership with the site Anchor MD, you will drive performance by mentoring and coaching your clinic team, managing financial outcomes, and supporting patient retention and growth through operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Clinic Management and Leadership : Ensure every aspect of the patient and provider experience runs smoothly and efficiently. Set the culture of the clinic to inspire excellence and collaboration with your team.
Operations Management : Ensure all clinic operations run smoothly including all systems and processes with exceptional customer experience.
People Management - Work closely with the operations leadership on recruiting and hiring to ensure the clinic has an excellent talent pipeline and effective onboarding and training.
