What are the responsibilities and job description for the Action City Crew Member position at Metropolis Resort?
Action City is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of Fun Center/Trampoline Park employees! Action City crew members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising the trampoline park and fun center, while ensuring a fun and safe experience for guests in a fast-paced environment. Action City crew members help guests have a fun and exciting experience by assisting them with attractions, pass questions, delivering pizzas, etc. They also ensure the cleanliness of the building by cleaning everything from dining rooms to bathrooms.
We are currently looking for full time 18 year old candidates with both weekday and weekend availability. Weekends are the primary time needed along with weekday availability. Shift times vary depending on the day and business hours.
This position has outstanding opportunity for advancement and leadership roles. Attractions is generally the starting point for all new employees who advance and cross train into other fun positions and departments throughout the resort such as front desk, party hosting, kitchen, DQ, slide attendant, etc.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Helping guests with attractions and arcade games
- Supervising the trampoline park
- Maintaining cleanliness at each attraction and throughout the arcade
- Following the opening and closing lists for each area
- Cross training in other departments and areas
- Maintaining cleanliness in public restrooms
- Dishwashing
- Completing any special projects given by the manager on duty
