Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities
- Arrives to work on time for scheduled shift.
- Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Provide professional and friendly interaction with our customers.
- Assists customers with navigating and accounts set up through the Metropolis App.
- Resolves customer inquiries independently or with the aid of a supervisor.
- Quote daily and event rates to assist customers with parking decisions.
- Troubleshoot customer/garage specific inquiries prior to escalating to Management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective and immediate solutions to customer inquiries.
- Escalate location specific problems such as equipment and ticket issues to the Manager on Duty.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Availability to Work
- Adhere to your assigned schedule and offer flexibility for any emergency shift needs. *Please note that weekend availability is required*.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
