Position: Parking Enforcement Officer
Location: UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital
Hourly Rate: $19/hour
Shift(s): Part-time - Hours for enforcement are appx. 4hrs daily 3 days per week (M-F) between the hours of 8AM and 5PM.
Additional hours / work is possible at a different location

Parking Enforcement Essential Duties and Functions:

Parking Enforcement Job Summary:
As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you are the face of our client and Metropolis Parking. You will assist customers as needed with a polite and courteous attitude while enforcing parking policies.
Parking Enforcement Essential Duties and Functions:
- Provide assistance to parking customers by answering questions about where to park, directions, etc.
- Patrol parking lots.
- Count and monitor available parking spaces.
- Submit daily reports to building administration and management.
- Write and issue parking violations to parking customers and employees who violate parking policies.
- Communicate debris, water, oil spills and safety hazards to local office as needed.
- Patrol parking areas on foot in all types of weather conditions.
- This is an outdoor, physically demanding position working in all weather conditions.
- Hours are appx. 4 daily 3 days per week (M-F) between the hours of 8AM and 5PM.
- Flexible scheduling

- Previous customer service experience a plus
