Position: Parking Enforcement Officer

Location: UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital

Hourly Rate: $19/hour

Shift(s): Part-time - Hours for enforcement are appx. 4hrs daily 3 days per week (M-F) between the hours of 8AM and 5PM.

Additional hours / work is possible at a different location

Parking Enforcement Job Summary:

As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you are the face of our client and Metropolis Parking. You will assist customers as needed with a polite and courteous attitude while enforcing parking policies.

Parking Enforcement Essential Duties and Functions:

• Provide assistance to parking customers by answering questions about where to park, directions, etc.
• Patrol parking lots.
• Count and monitor available parking spaces.
• Submit daily reports to building administration and management.
• Write and issue parking violations to parking customers and employees who violate parking policies.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills and safety hazards to local office as needed.
• Patrol parking areas on foot in all types of weather conditions.
• This is an outdoor, physically demanding position working in all weather conditions.
• Hours are appx. 4 daily 3 days per week (M-F) between the hours of 8AM and 5PM.

Parking Enforcement / Auditor Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience a plus
