Location: MHC Boulder - Colorado Springs
Position: Shuttle Driver
Type: FT Mon to Fri
Pay: $18 an hour
Valid Driver's License and if you have a DOT Medical that is a plus.
Shuttle Driver Position Summary
The Shuttle Driver transports guests by driving a vehicle holding over 15 passengers (or smaller vehicles as needed) within the assigned location, providing safe shuttling service, exceptional customer service, and a warm and friendly arrival and departure experience.
Shuttle Driver Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers in a courteous manner; provide customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help
Shuttle guests to and from their cars to various locations on the location campus.
Communicate with customers and staff who have general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and guest services
Use and maintain equipment properly, including keeping equipment clean
Work independently and as part of the team
Observe safety precautions at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
Shuttle Driver Essential Functions
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations. Incumbent must be able to
Sit for up to six (6) consecutive hours
Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong interpersonal skills; frequently communicate verbally in English with team members and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information
Able to detect safety concerns and adjust accordingly

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Certificates and Valid Licenses
Other Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Expected to constantly work in all outdoor weather conditions
Must follow appropriate grooming standards; required to wear appropriate uniform
