The Workforce and Economic Development Division (WED) of Metropolitan Community College is the leader in innovative workforce solutions and community enrichment. We partner to first develop our community in order to develop it economically for the growth of the Kansas City metro's citizens; families, businesses, industry, organizations, and associations.
As an instructor you will teach students a foundational understanding of the roles, skills and personal qualities of the community health worker in organizations and communities.

- Demonstrated expertise in Nursing, Social work or Case Management with experience in Mental Health area(s), whether through clinical, industry/corporate experience, educational attainment/training, or some combination of both.
- Bachelors in Nursing, Social Work, Human Services or related disciplines.
