Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting Consultation Workers.
- Utilize Microsoft Office to create and edit documents and spreadsheets.
- Manage client files.
- Work with other departments regarding administrative matters.
- Manage and organize appointments using Outlook Calendar.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform various clerical duties as assigned.
- Interpret as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree would be a plus.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Consistent punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with phone systems and handling incoming calls.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred.
