Position Summary :
The Warehouse Worker will assist Met Council's food warehouse in its food banking operation. Responsibilities include handling incoming deliveries, pick-ups, creating orders, moving product, unloading vehicles, loading vehicles, assisting drivers on deliveries, and cleaning the warehouse.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Load and unload trucks and vans as needed.
- Accept incoming orders, break them down, and count product for floor leaders.
- Use a tablet or smartphone to document case counts and communicate with team members.
- Assist with maintaining a clean warehouse including sweeping and organizing stock.
- Assist manager in all operations of the warehouse as needed.
- Operate forklift and other machinery.
- Assemble and disassemble pallets of food.
- Additional responsibilities as required.

Compensation : $20 per hour.
